Avenue homes is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer that will play a key role in supporting the Vice President of Marketing to support all brand rollout and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should be a high performing individual who lives and breathes MODERN design, as this position will be the key representative for the all brand visuals. You will need to be creative and curious, with a great eye for detail and a strong visual aesthetic. Strong written and communication skills are a must, with excellent proofreading and editing capabilities.  We are looking for a candidate who can create engaging and dynamic visuals and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive marketing support for all print and digital marketing campaigns, including proposals, presentations, banners, advertising, postcards and e-blasts
  • Generate proposals and presentations within corporate brand guidelines for print or internet
  • Help elevate and push the existing brand forward through creation of original and inspiring content that helps tell all Avenue Homes stories through all mediums
  • Create, curate and publish compelling and relevant online high-quality content (images, written and video). This includes creation and management of content calendars
  • Create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts
  • Excellent creative instincts with a solid understanding of design, photography, typography, and layouts – strong understanding of interior design is a plus
  • Manage and price out all printed and web marketing materials
  • Manage all print production support
  • Champion of maintain the brand identity and aesthetic
  • Miscellaneous administrative duties, as required


  • Bachelor of Fine Arts degree preferred with a minimum of 3 to 6 years of related experience and/or training with a track record of launching new brand initiatives
  • Must have a portfolio featuring innovative and original design solutions in print, web, graphics, and related areas
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, among other additional Adobe products)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Partner with VP Marketing and Marketing Specialist to discuss and determine best design solutions for various business, broker and client needs
  • Basic experience within Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube)
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and provide quick turn-around on tasks/projects
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with real estate marketing preferred
  • Must provide samples of work portfolio to be considered
